Connected Enquiry Management

Enquiry Management is integrated not only with the usual OEM and third party systems, but also with eDynamix own suite of solutions meaning users can do things like start an enquiry in Enquiry Management from the VIDEO1st app when sending a personalised video to the customer, from online bookings when a customer requests a valuation, from CRM when the customer is identified as a potential sales lead and from Web Master when the customer enquires on a vehicle.

Enquiries can also be accepted from 3rd party sources such as AutoTrader, Facebook, CarGurus and eBay Motors, or from a manufacturer's own website and then managed within the exstoSales platform.
